When can I start after birth?
You can start in the very first weeks with the First Steps program, designed specifically for early postpartum before your 6-week check. Gentle reconnection early on has real benefits for your recovery.
Every session is clearly labeled so you know exactly what’s appropriate for your stage.
Is this safe if I have diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues?
Yes. The programs and workouts are built around supporting diastasis recti and pelvic floor recovery, with a strong focus on breath, deep core, and pressure management. You’ll learn how to move in a way that supports healing, not disrupts it.
I only have a few minutes — will this still work?
Yes. Sessions are short and structured to fit into real life. Even a few minutes done consistently can help you reconnect, build strength, and feel better in your body. We have no classes longer than 15 minutes in the online studio.
